This site is owned by the Institute for the Promotion of Investment and Exports of Goods and Services and Country Brand, known as "Uruguay XXI," situated at Rincón 518/528, Montevideo, Uruguay.

As Uruguay XXI reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, users are advised to read them carefully each time they intend to use the Site. New versions will come into effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.

 

1. Site objective

This Site serves as a Uruguay XXI resource, which aims to facilitate the agile interaction of people with the published content, providing detailed information and direct access to available services, within the framework of its mission.

For the context of these Terms, a user is defined as any individual, legal entity, or public body—whether governmental or otherwise—who visits the Site to explore, gain knowledge, and gather information, or who utilizes the Site and its content, either directly or through a software application.

Personal data provided within the framework of the use of the Site will be processed by Uruguay XXI according to the provisions of Law No. 18,331 of August 11, 2008, and its regulatory decree No. 414/2009 of August 31, 2009.
